Job Description
Chad Thai Corp dba Chad Thai Restaurant is seeking 2 full-time Cooks at 4010 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC, V5C2H9 (Even Though this full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well. Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour. No of hours are 40 per week.
Main Duties:
Learn and prepare the restaurant’s current menu.
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
Oversee kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
May clean kitchen and work area.
May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
May hire and train kitchen staff.
Requirements: Completion of Secondary School. At least 2 years experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment
