Hourly wage: 28.85 to 30.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week.

Terms of employment: Full time, permanent employment

Start date: as soon as possible.

Duties and Tasks

·        Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted.

·        Repair cracks and holes

·        Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials

·        Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming

·        Apply paint, stain, to various surfaces

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of painting equipment and tools

·        Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies

Requirements

·        Previous experience as a painter in the construction industry

·        Solid knowledge of painting techniques and materials

·        Ability to work independently or as part of a team

·        Strong attention to detail and quality

·        Brush painting

·        Roller painting

·        Surface preparation experience

·        Drywall taping/patching

·        Excellent time management and organizational skills

·        Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
