Job opportunity: Restaurant Managers (2 positions) with Arivle Enterprises Ltd o/a Tim Hortons
Job locations:
20-6200 McKay Ave, Burnaby, BC V5H 4L7
7089 Lougheed Hwy, Burnaby, BC V5A 1W1
Position type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Work schedule: Shift work, including weekends
Wage: $36.60/hr
Minimum requirements:
– 2-3 years in the food service industry, including supervisory experience
– Secondary school diploma
– Good English communication skills
– Strong customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage, evaluate, and coordinate daily operations of the quick-service restaurant
– Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff; provide feedback, coaching, and discipline when needed
– Implement and oversee policies and operational procedures
– Monitor revenues and manage operational costs
– Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
– Address and resolve work-related issues and customer complaints
– Control inventory and manage restaurant budgets
– Participate in marketing plans and implementation
