Job details:
Full-time PSW in an 18-bed home.
Must have Certificate of PSW, HCA, PCW. (Schooling can be provided if you do not have the appropriate credentials)
Must have CPR and First aid level C certificate.
Must have a Criminal record check.
Must be willing to work all shifts (Days, evenings and overnights)
Must be willing to work Holidays and Weekends

Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Country Lane Estates is currently looking for Personal Support Workers to join our qualified, dedicated, and compassionate team of support staff.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that residents are being taken care of according to their needs and following their care plan.
Can assist person(s) with activities of daily living such as feeding, lifts and transfers, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting.
Can Prepare meals and feeding the client
Helping the client sort out their medication and ensure they take it as per the instructions.
Willing to spending time with the client, have a good companionship
Can perform light housekeeping duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, washing dishes,
cleaning and tidying the client’s room, changing beds and doing
and laundry.
Must continuously observe person(s) and their environments, and must report and document unsafe conditions and behavioral, physical, and / or cognitive changes to an appropriate supervisor, i.e. family member, employer, care coordinator etc.
Must complete and maintain related records and documentation such as communication books and progress notes.
Observe and report on symptoms and overall conditions of residents to their supervisors.
