Job Description
Gomobile Tires Calgary is seeking a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles, with a strong focus on tire services, general mechanical repairs, and vehicle safety. As a mobile and customer-oriented business, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working efficiently, delivering high-quality service, and representing the company professionally.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect customer vehicles to identify mechanical, tire, and safety-related issues
Diagnose faults and determine required repairs and maintenance using appropriate tools and equipment
Perform tire services, including installation, balancing, rotation, repair, and seasonal tire changeovers
Carry out general automotive repairs and maintenance, including brakes, suspension, steering, oil changes, batteries, and other minor to moderate mechanical work
Test vehicles after repair or service to ensure proper performance and safety
Advise customers on vehicle condition, required repairs, and recommended maintenance in a clear and professional manner
Complete service records, repair notes, and work orders accurately and on time
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, company procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and serviceable condition
Support efficient day-to-day operations and contribute to high customer satisfaction through reliable workmanship and professionalism
