Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals, accommodating customer needs.
Supervise kitchen staff, train in food preparation and safety, and ensure efficient operation.
Inspect kitchens for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Order supplies and equipment, and manage overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Recruit, hire, and organize staff for events such as buffets and banquets.
