Job Description
Recruit and hire kitchen personnel
Train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures
Order food and kitchen supplies
Procure supplies and equipment
Maintain inventory and track records of food, supplies, and equipment
Determine appropriate food portion sizes and pricing
Prepare and cook full meals or individual dishes
Supervise kitchen staff and assistants
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
Organize buffets and banquet events
Oversee overall kitchen operations
Salary: $35.40/Hour
Languages: English
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
