Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team in our company HIMAN CONSTRUCTION LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing structures and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in using various power tools and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Framer will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our projects.

Responsibilities:

-Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
-Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
-Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
-Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
-Maintain, repair and renovate wooden structures in residences and commercial

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter in the construction industry.
Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns.
Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
