Job Description
Hire, train, or coordinate training for employees.
Supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and the design team.
Assign duties to sales workers.
Develop and maintain work schedules.
Supervise and coordinate team activities.
Manage inventory, place orders, and authorize merchandise returns.
Oversee cash transactions and financial approvals.
Sell merchandise and engage with customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages.
Prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising, and staffing.
Conduct employee performance evaluations.
Salary: $35.40/Hour
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Willing to relocate
