Job Description
Lead, manage, and evaluate sales activities across commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail, and other business sectors.
Organize and oversee regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficiency and target achievement.
Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures related to sales.
Drive strategic planning for the introduction of new product lines and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, managing negotiations and closing sales contracts.
Recruit, train, and manage sales staff to achieve performance goals and professional development.
Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing messages and campaigns.
