Job Description

Assess patients throughout diagnostic procedures to ensure comfort, safety, and optimal imaging outcomes
Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to obtain, document, and archive high-quality diagnostic images
Perform routine equipment adjustments and minor maintenance to ensure proper functionality
Supervise and support specialized sonographers to maintain clinical standards and workflow efficiency
Monitor examinations to evaluate image quality and consistency, making real-time equipment adjustments as needed
Train and mentor students and newly hired medical sonographers in clinical and technical practices
Record, process, and securely store ultrasound images using camera units and digital imaging systems
Provide personalized patient assistance before, during, and after procedures to ensure a positive patient experience

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Salary: $46.50/Hour
