Job Description

2 Full time Food Service Supervisor needed for Badyal Enterprises Ltd dba Subway at 45280 Luckakuck way, Chilliwack, BC V2R3C7 (Even though this position is full time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well.) Salary 20 dollars per hour and 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food

Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Employment requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years of experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of a college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
