Job Description

1 Full time Food Service Supervisor needed for 1225756 B.C. Ltd. DBA Mucho Burrito at 45905 Yale Road, Suite 34 Chilliwack, BC, V2P 2M6. (Even though this position is full time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well.) Salary $20.45 per hour and 40 hours per week.

Job Description:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Employment requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation/service is required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
