1436564 BC LTD. DBA QUESADA COMOX is looking for a Full-time Assistant Manager-Restaurant at Location 1966 GUTHRIE ROAD, UNIT 103A, Comox, BC, V9M 3X7. (Even though this position is full-time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.
Job Description:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Employment requirements:
Completion of Secondary school is required /Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
