Job Description

0947735 B.C. LTD. (dba The UPS Store 181) is looking to hire a Retail Store Supervisor as soon as possible.
Wages: $34.62 hourly will be paid for 30 to 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent and full-time employment position.

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.).
Assign sales workers to duties.
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
Order merchandise.
Establish work schedules.
Sell merchandise.
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
Manage cash.
Conduct performance reviews.
Supervise office and volunteer staff.
