Beth Moskovic is seeking a reliable and caring Family Caregiver to provide personal care, assistance with daily activities, companionship, medication assistance, meal preparation, and light household duties for an elderly individual, including a person with Alzheimer’s disease.

Hours: 30 hours per week
Work Schedule: Morning and Day
Language of Work: English or French
Wage: $19.27 per hour
Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable employment standards
Vacation: As required under applicable employment standards

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Administering bedside and personal care.
Administering medications.
Assisting with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
Feeding or assisting in feeding.
Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
Cooking meals according to the individual’s needs.
Laundering clothing and household linens.
Mending clothing and linens.
Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Job Requirements
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of experience.

Language:
English or French.

Work Environment:
Work must be completed on site. There is no option to work remotely.

The position may involve:

Assisting with personal care and mobility.
Performing physically demanding caregiving and household tasks.
