Job Description
Company Name: Limbros Food Services Inc.
Job Position: Food Service Manager, Full time, Permanent
Work Location: 1400 Cowichan Bay Rd, Cobble Hill, BC V0R 1L3
Salary Rate and working hours: $36.70 per hour / 30 Hours per week
Start date: As soon as possible
Duties:
– Plan and organize daily activities or operations
– Determine type of services to be offered
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Monitor and conduct staff performance
– Negotiate with clients for catering when required
– Negotiate arrangements with supplier’s food food and other supplies
– Control inventory
– Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
Requirement:
– 3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience
– Ability to communicate in English
– Completion of secondary school.
