Job Description
Jannat Hair & Beauty Salon Ltd located at 108-9385 120 Street Delta, BC V4C 0B5 is currently looking for 1 full time Hairstyling Salon Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Job duties:
• Plan, organize and control the day to day operations.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Respond and resolve customers inquires and complaints.
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• Plan and control budget and inventory.
• Hire and supervise staff.
• May train or supervise other hairstylists, hairstylist apprentices and helpers.
Job Requirement:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in the field is required.
Terms of Employment:
Salary: $40 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
Employment Type: Fulltime, Permanent.
