Job Description

1351769 BC LTD DBA Quesada Burritos and Tacos. is looking for 2 full-time Cooks at 4-361 Trans Canada Hwy Duncan, BC V9L 3R5 . Salary is 18 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).

Job Description:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.

Oversee kitchen operations.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

May clean kitchen and work area.

May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.

Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School. At least 2 years experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen
environment
