Job Description
1351769 BC LTD DBA Quesada Burritos and Tacos is looking for 1Full-time Food Service Supervisor at 4-361 Trans Canada Hwy Duncan, BC V9L 3R5. (Even though this position is full-time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 17.50 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.
Job Description:
Supervise , co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion an serve food.
Establish method to meet work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage.
Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
Employment requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least One or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or Completion of college program in food service administration or related disciple.
