Job Duties: The manager is responsible for directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations while planning and organizing all aspects of the business to ensure efficiency. They manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising employees or volunteers. The role involves studying market research and trends to understand consumer demand, analyzing competitors, and deciding on merchandise and services to be sold. The manager also handles the procurement of products for resale, develops and implements marketing strategies, plans budgets, and monitors financial performance.
