NEHAL CONSTRUCTION LTD.DBA NEHAL HOMES CONSTRUCTION LTD., located at 1345 PLUM LINK SW EDMONTON, Alberta T6X 2Y5 is looking to hire full-time Construction Site Supervisor for their company.
Number of Openings: 1
Wage: $39.00/hour
Start date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Oversee, plan, and schedule the work of construction workers doing bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tilesetting, plastering, installing drywall, glazing, insulating, painting, and installing prefabricated products in homes and businesses. You should also oversee the work of workers repairing a wide range of products, including cameras, musical instruments, sports equipment, vending machines, and bicycles.
• Create strategies for adhering to work schedules and coordinating tasks with other subcontractors.
• Address issues at work and make suggestions for ways to increase output and the caliber of the output.
• Obtain supplies and resources on demand.
• Educate employees about company policies, safety protocols, and job tasks.
• Encourage hiring and promotions among other personnel actions.
• Create reports on the status of your work.
• May oversee, plan, and schedule the operations of their own business in addition to managing the operations of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.

Job requirements:
• Completion of senior secondary is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
