Job Description

MB&GG Construction Corporation is hiring one Drywall Installer and Finisher to perform the following duties:
• Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
• Cut and install metal corner beads
• Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks
• Tape over joints with tape and compound
• Sand seams and joints
• Install metal stud framing and furring
• Clean and prepare surfaces
• Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster
• Finish corners and angles

Terms of Employment
• Wage: $30 per hour, 40 hours per week
• Permanent full-time
• Start immediately
• Location of work: 2359 85 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6K 3H1, and work sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas
• Language of work: English

Requirements
• Must have completed at least secondary school education or possess equivalent experience
• At least one year of work experience
• Experience using laser alignment systems
• Attention to detail is essential
• Good physical health for extended standing, bending, crouching, etc.
