Job Description
Communicate with computer users either in person or electronically and help with any technical difficulties, Refer user guidelines, manuals and any other required documents to research and figure our solutions to problems, Identify and resolve any technical issues faced by users, Provide training to new hires and advice them, Provide Internet support and advice on business systems to the team in response to problems, Document problems so that it can be referred by others in the team, Support other team members.
