Job Overview:

THE FLATS EATERY + DRINK is looking for an energetic and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in delivering top-quality service. If you’re motivated, physically capable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Clean, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
Receive, unpack, and store food supplies
Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, storage spaces, and equipment
Operate dishwashers and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware
Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
Assist in basic food preparation, packaging take-out items, and portioning food
Stock refrigerators and salad bars
Replenish condiments and supplies at service stations
Handle garbage disposal and kitchen waste

Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
No experience required – training will be provided
Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Work Conditions:
Must work on-site at the restaurant
Repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
Shift work, including weekends and holidays, may be required
