Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, full-time

Wage: $15.70 per hour

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Arrangement: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Schedule
Early morning, morning, day, evening, night and weekend shifts may be required.

Education and Experience
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required

Experience: Experience is an asset

Job Duties
·   Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.

·   Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, carts, waste disposal units and related items.

·   Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.

·   Load buspans and trays.

·   Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.

·   Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.

·   Package take-out food.

·   Portion and wrap foods.

·   Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.

·   Stock refrigerators and salad bars.

·   Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim food products.

·   Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.

·   Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.

·   Remove kitchen garbage and trash.

·   Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.

Certificates and Requirements
Certification: Safe Food Handling Certificate

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
·   Physically demanding work.

·   Repetitive tasks.

Weight Handling
Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Personal Suitability
·   Team player.

·   Ability to multitask.
