Benefits:
- 2 weeks paid vacation pay at 4% of gross salary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The primary role of this position is to support the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Appointment Management: Maintain and update the salon’s scheduling system, confirm bookings, and notify clients of upcoming appointments or changes.
- Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, handle walk-ins, and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, record-keeping, and maintaining client databases.
- Supplies Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and ensure the salon is stocked with necessary materials.
- Salon Cleanliness: Coordinate with staff to maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the reception area.
- Team Support: Provide support to technicians by managing workflow and ensuring smooth client transitions.
- Marketing Assistance: Help with social media updates, client communication, and promotional campaigns as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year experience in a similar role,
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends,
- Organizational and multitasking skills;
