Job Description

Sumo Foods, Inc. o/a Edo Japan Fort St. John & Edo Japan Dawson Creek is hiring 2 Grill Cooks.  Wage: $18.00 per hour, 35 hours/week.  Completion of secondary school and 7 months or more experience as a Cook is required.  Duties: Prepare and Cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.  Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs; monitor and order supplies; inspect kitchens and food service areas. Train staff in the preparation and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment.  Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
