Job Description

SSC Restaurants, Ltd. o/a Subway Alaska is hiring one Food Service Supervisor. Wage: $18.00 per hour 35 hrs./week.  Must be able to work flexibe hours including weekends and holidays. Duties: Supervise, coordinate & schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion & serve food. Ensure that food & service meet quality control standards.  Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales & wastage; train staff in job dutis, sanitation & safety procedures; establish methods to meet work schedules; do inventory; do Food Counter Attendant duties; Inspects equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order; performs paperwork duties as needed.  Completion of secondary school and 1 year to less than 2 years food service experience required.  To apply: e-mail resumes to subwayhwy@gmail.com
