Job Description

Som Group o/a Subway Downtown Fort St. John is hiring a Food Service Supervisor.  $18.25 per hour 35 hours/week.  Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.  Duties: Supervise, coordinate & schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.  Ensure that food & service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales & wastage; train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures; establish methods to meet work schedules; do inventory; do food counter attendant duties; inspects equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
