Our company, an established construction contracting firm, is looking to fill an HR Manager position in Fort St. John, B.C. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible working schedule of 30 hours per week. Must be available to relocate or already be located in the area, as this is not a remote work position.
Required Qualifications –
· Related education (post secondary)
· Several years of related professional experience
Job Duties –
— Develop long-term workforce planning strategies to meet organizational goals
— Oversee HR budgets, including salaries costs, stipends for training, and recruitment costs
— Design and implement organizational development initiatives to improve performance and culture
— Lead and develop company labour relations strategies
— Advise senior management on HR trends, workforce risks, and compliance issues
— Evaluate and improve HR processes, policies, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness
— Analyze staffing data to identify gaps, turnover trends, and succession planning needs
— Represent the organization in matters related to HR as needed
— Set goals and performance standards
— Participate in executive decision-making related to strategic planning, restructuring, or organizational change
Wages and Benefits –
· $68.00 to $70.00 an hour based on experience
· 2 weeks paid vacation
