Job Description
Responsibilities:
Tasks:
– Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
– Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
– Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
– Remove bones from meat
– Cut poultry into parts
– Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
– Cut fish into steaks and fillets
– Slice cooked meats
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience:Will train
On site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting:
Large restaurant and hotel
