• Location: 345 Hamilton River Rd, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, A0P 1C0
• Salary: 19.50 to 21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per Week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent Employment: Full time

Overview

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
