Job Description
Hire and train staff, or arrange for appropriate training programs
Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design team members
Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate and enhance staff effectiveness
Organize and oversee inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels
Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly
Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
