Title: Food Service Supervisor

 

Type: Permanent Full Time

Availability; Day, Early Morning, Flexible Hours, Weekend

Hours per week: 35 per week

Wage rate: $20 per hour

Location: West Kelowna

Start date: Immediate

Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year is required.

 

Work setting: Cafe

 

Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

·         Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

·         Establish work schedules.
