Job duties:
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Carry out administrative activities of our company.
Review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
Order supplies and maintain office inventory.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school is required.
· 1-2 years of experience in related field is required.
Terms of Employment:
Wage: $35.00 per hour for 40 hours a week. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
Type of position: Full time.
