Job Title: Basketball Coach

Company: JR Basketball Training Lab

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Working hours and Wage: 30~40 hours per week, $23.35 per hour

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

JR Basketball Training Lab specializes in basketball skills training for students of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for qualified and experienced Basketball Coach to join our team.

Responsibilities:

–      Developing training programs to the skill levels and needs of the players

–      Scheduling and conducting regular practice and game sessions

–      Teaching fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense

–      Providing private, semi-private, and group coaching to improve the skills

–      Motivating players to reach their full potential and maintaining high levels of effort

–      Organizing and managing camps, tournaments, and regular programs.

–      Conducting tryouts and evaluating new players

–      Keeping records of player performance and progress

–      Identify strengths and weaknesses of players and teams

–      Focusing on advanced techniques for the experienced players

–      Building strong relationships with players

Requirement:

– Bachelor’s degree or diploma education in sports science, physical education, or related field

– Coaching certification from recognized basketball organizations.

– Minimum 3 years of work experience as a basketball sport, coach, player or related

– Must have knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport

– Must possess strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

– Able to communicate in English
