Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Vina Restaurants LTD. (West Vancouver, BC)
West Vancouver, BC V7T 2W4
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time (On-site)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Salary: $34.62 per hour

Vina Restaurants LTD. is a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant located in the heart of West Vancouver. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality cuisine to our valued guests. We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze budgets and optimize restaurant profitability
Monitor daily operations and staff performance
Adjust food prep methods and pricing based on budget targets
Oversee inventory control and supplier negotiations
Supervise, train, and recruit staff (5–10 team members)
Handle customer service issues and ensure satisfaction
Plan marketing initiatives and manage catering arrangements
Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Qualifications
Language: English
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Work Setting
Urban restaurant location
On-site only – no remote work available
