Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? Join our team as a Bookkeeper and play a crucial role in managing our financial records. This on-site position requires a dedicated individual to handle various accounting and payroll responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees.
Reporting: Prepare a variety of statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support decision-making and financial planning.
Tax Returns: Accurately prepare and submit tax returns, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Trial Balance: Prepare and review the trial balance of books to ensure all accounts are correctly balanced.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in English.
