Job Title: Employment Agency General Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manager/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource allocation, event management, and client consultation. This is an on-site position with no remote work option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage events to meet organizational objectives.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate and enhance staff performance.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and oversee financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee human resources planning.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space.
- Business Strategy: Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
