Job Description

1121885 BC LTD DBA WOKING DRAGON CHOP SUEY is looking for 2 full-time and permanent Cooks at 22248 DEWDNEY TRUNK ROAD, MAPLE RIDGE, BC, V2X 3H9. Salary is 17.40 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).

Job Description:

Learn and prepare the restaurant’s current menu.

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.

Oversee kitchen operations.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

May clean kitchen and work area.

May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.

May hire and train kitchen staff.

Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School. At least 2 years experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment
