Salary: $43.34 to 44.25 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 44 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities

Tasks

Signal crane operators to position units according to blueprints
Align, weld or bolt units in place
Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures
Unload and position steel units so each piece can be hoisted as needed
Credentials

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses

Alberta: Alberta-recognized Ironworker trade certification OR sufficient verifiable experience to qualify for Alberta’s Trades Qualifier – Work Experience Program. Experienced applicants without a trade certificate are welcome to apply

British Columbia: Ironworker trade certification is an asset; applicants with suitable ironworking experience without certification will also be considered.
