Job Description
Job Duties:
- Perform office administrative operations such as making school announcements and generating correspondence.
- Input, check, and edit report cards, transcripts for each school semester.
- Manage and update students’ profile in both hardcopy and electronic versions using school filing systems.
- Archive important school files and other related materials in a systematic and organized way.
- Assist with the enrollment process following established policies and procedures when required.
- Answer telephone and enquiries, and ensure all the incoming calls and emails are forwarded to the rightdepartment to take care.
- Greet walk-in clients, deliver proper customer service and introduce clients to the school management.
- Schedule appointments and record minutes of meetings.
- Maintain office inventories and replenish stock.
- Supervise and train new employees when needed.
Qualifications:
- Acquire a high school diploma or its equivalence.
- Have been working in a school environment or similar setting for at least one year.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Fluent in both written and oral English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with school databases is a plus.
Full-time 30-44 hours/week
Hourly Wage: $25.50
