Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate needs be familiar with or have experience using the following low-code products: AITable, Airtable, Monday.com, ClickUp..

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Effectively organize stakeholders needs and convey requirements to the development team using flowchart tools such as draw.io, Figma, Lucidchart, and Xmind
Create visualizations using tools such as OBS，Loom，Capcut，Final Cut Pro, Adobe PR to present findings to stakeholders
Assist in database design and optimization
Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by providing input on requirements, testing, and implementation
Create process flow diagrams and documentation
Demonstrate excellent solution explanation and presentation skills by providing clear descriptions and demonstrations of solutions to customers
Assist in project management activities, including creating project plans and tracking progress
Perform business analysis tasks such as user acceptance testing (UAT) and requirements validation

Pay: $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
