We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems that align with our company’s financial planning and insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Confer with the business team to determine, clarify, and document the requirements of a project, and help implement technology solutions to fulfill business needs.
· Analyze and assess current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. This may involve research and analysis, identifying user requirements, and liaising with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Design, develop, and implement customized solutions to enhance business operations, improve system performance, and meet business objectives.
· Test and help integrate system and application, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and functionality while meeting business needs.
· Act as a liaison between business users, and external technology teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
· Provide ongoing support, training, and advice to staff on new systems, processes, functions, and information systems strategy, policy, management, and security.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business systems and technology, incorporating them into proposed solutions and strategies.
You will be a good fit for this position if you have:
· A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven a year experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and project management tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of financial planning, insurance products, and related regulatory requirements would be an asset.
· Bilingual skills (English and Chinese) are highly desirable.
