Finance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial activities, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure the company’s financial health.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance

– Plan and control budget and expenditures of the organization

– Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects

– Establish and implement financial policies and procedures

– Advise senior management on any trends that are critical to the financial performance of the organization

– Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

– Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data

– Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments

– Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents

– Develop and implement financial and operating plans

– Ensure accuracy to accounting standards, procedures and internal control

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

– 2 years or more of experience in accounting, budgeting and financial planning

– Proficient in utilizing financial analysis and forecasting techniques

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating financial concepts to individuals without a financial background

– Meticulous attention to detail paired with analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
