Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at our Mississauga location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring optimal productivity and quality in our processes. This is an on-site role with no remote work option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
• Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
• Resolve work-related issues, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff in duties and organizational policies.
• Organize training sessions and continuous learning for employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate, assign, and review daily work tasks.
• Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal workflow.
• Plan, organize, and manage the logistical operations of the organization.
