Job Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW: An Ngon Vietnamese Cuisine is seeking two Cook positions (NOC 63200) that can work in Mississauga, ON, and ensure that high-quality meals are prepared efficiently, the kitchen operates smoothly, and customer satisfaction is achieved through excellent food service.

 

JOB TITLE: Two Cooks – Mississauga (NOC 63200)

 

LOCATION: Unit 1A-780 Burnhamthorpe Rd W, Mississauga ON L5C 3X3

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time

ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible

VACANCIES: 2

WAGE: $22.75 per Hour

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 35 to 40 hours/Week

WORK SETTING: Restaurant

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Cook everything on the menu;

·         Creating soup bases and traditional Vietnamese cuisine;

·         Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;

 

 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

 

· High School Diploma;

· Cooking Certificate or training is an asset;

· Minimum 6 months of experience as a Cook is a required;

· Fast-paced environment and should be flexible to work for additional hours and weekend if business required;

· Able to work independently and in a team, flexible, good time management, organizational and Interpersonal Skills;

· English language is required;
