Job Description

Stokes Inc. is seeking for Accounting technician

Wage: $30.90 hourly and overtime pay as required by the Act respecting labour standards

Hours:  30 hours per Week

Location: 5660 Ferrier, Mont-Royal, QC, Canada, H4P 1M7

Responsibilities
Tasks
Prepare journal entries for payroll
Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Post journal entries
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Prepare sales tax reports
Prepare trial balance of books
Reconcile accounts

Languages
English or French

Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
