Job Description

The Cambec Diesel company was founded in 1990 by Mr. Giulio Pandolfini. After working for some time and building a reputation in the diesel engine industry, he decided to open his own business. His main goal was to provide exceptional service and timely diagnosis and repairs. Today, his loyal customers can testify that he has reached and even exceeded his goal. Over the years, its team of professionals has always kept up to date with new programs and technology that is constantly evolving in order to make the Cambec Diesel Truck Center what it is today.

We are looking for 1 Truck Mechanic.

Job Requirements

Languages: English, French or any language

– We have clientele and senior mechanics who speak Spanish and Filipino.

Education: Not required

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

General mechanics (oil changes, lubrication) of heavy and light vehicles
Troubleshooting/diagnosis of heavy and light vehicles
Maintenance and repair of diesel, electronic, differential, electrical, steering, hydraulic (pump), pneumatic, injection, clutch, brake, steering, suspension, transmission, welding and computer diagnostic systems.
Occasional road services to diagnose and solve mechanical problems
Work with a journeyman on jobs as required
Work under the supervision of a Senior Diesel Mechanic
Perform other jobs as required by the Senior Diesel Mechanic

Location: 9400 BLVD. HENRI-BOURASSA EST MONTREAL-EST QUEBEC H1E 2S4

Salary: $27.50 per hour + overtime according to Quebec Act regarding labour standards

Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week Monday to Friday
